Welcome to one of the best places to live in Albuquerque! We are a group of residents with a common interest in preserving the unique integrity of our neighborhood and keeping it safe, clean, hospitable, and fun. We're not a homeowner's association; neither are we going to tell you what shade your curtains have to be—we're just trying to improve safety and living conditions for our neighbors.

The McDuffie-Twin Parks neighborhood encompasses the area within the boundaries of Lomas on the south, Carlisle on the west, Constitution on the north, and Washington on the east. You can find our meeting minutes, bylaws, and news about our neighborhood, including crime alerts coming soon to this website. We meet at least four times per year, on the second Wednesday of meeting months. Our next meeting will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2012. For more information, please visit the Next meeting page.
